How To Use 1. After cleansing skin, place sheet on damp nose.
2. Wait 10-15 minutes then remove when sheet feels dry. Leaving it any longer may make removal a little more stubborn.
3. Use up to twice a week but avoid applying the sheets to the same area multiple times during one session as it could cause drying.
